Silver Ball Cactus (Parodia scopa)
Silver Ball Cactus (Parodia scopa) 4" pot
Silver Ball Cactus is a charming globe-shaped cactus covered in dense silvery-white spines that give it a soft, almost fuzzy appearance. As it matures, it may slowly elongate and produce offsets around its base, eventually forming a cluster. With plenty of light, mature plants can produce bright yellow flowers that stand out beautifully against the silver spines.
Light: Bright light with several hours of direct sunlight; protect from extremely intense afternoon sun
Water: Allow the soil to dry completely between waterings; water sparingly during winter
Soil: Very well-draining cactus or succulent mix with added perlite or pumice
Difficulty: Easy
